IMA-S Stainless Actuators

The IMA-S is an integrated electric servo actuator, hygienically designed for the food and beverage processing industry. The IP69K hygienic design features an all 316 stainless steel construction with hygienic cord grips/fasteners which allows for effective clean-in-place and open machine designs.

The product line also includes the IMA-SA model, incorporating an internal anti-rotate feature, which eliminates the need for an external guidance mechanism making it perfect for applications such as pumping and volumetric filling.

Feedback options include incremental encoder, resolver and multi-turn absolute encoders (Hiperface DSL, Hiperface Sin-Cos, EnDat 2.2) to integrate with most PLC or control systems. IMA-S servo motor has simple integration with Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley) Kinetix platform through pre-existing motor files (CMF/BLB) for easy drive and PLC integration.
